EPA Coal Ash Final Rule Published - Subtitle D "non hazardous"

On December 19, 2014 the US EPA has published its final rule on regulating the disposal of CCPs - it will be under subtitle D for non hazardous materials. With this final rule the legal uncertainty for utilisation of CCPs comes to and end and an increase in utilisation rates are expected for 2015.
